Johnson Health Tech who bought Bowflex is the worst company to do business with. I bought a treadmill on December 18, 2025 which was damaged in shipping or the manafacing packing. I have been calling since December 20, 2025 and as of today January 10, 2026 no success. All I need was a wire that goes to the computer board. I have been lied to stating they are shipping one and was suppose to be here on January 7, 2025 never came. The company called AIT is the company they use to come install it.
