This may have been the most unprofessional firm I have ever dealt with. Last year, I provided all of my tax documents by the beginning of March and was assured that the taxes would be filed and the documents returned to me in a timely manner. We have been coming to this office for years, even before working with Tai Park and have always been very satisfied. My parents came here also, after we started. Everyone treats us very respectfully, almost like family. We have never felt like “just a number or statistic.”
