This may have been the most unprofessional firm I have ever dealt with. Last year, I provided all of my tax documents by the beginning of March and was assured that the taxes would be filed and the documents returned to me in a timely manner. As I do not have difficult taxes, I thought nothing of it until I had to deal with filing an extension with the IRS while on vacation multiple timezones away.
