I'm writing this review with a great deal of disappointment after a negative experience with the furniture I purchased from Johnson's Furniture in New Braunfels. As someone who prefers to support local businesses, I chose Johnson's over a larger chain like Dillard's, and I sincerely regret that decision. Excellent customer service as well as outstanding furniture quality. Bought a super comfortable Flexsteel power dual media recliner.
