After my eye exam I asked about any specials. I was told that in May for $89 I could get a pair of prescription sunglasses. So I went in May and then I was told that after looking at my prescription and I had progressive that it only was for long distance prescription. I said it's not MY prescription and walked out!!! Very disappointed 😞
I would have given a 4 star if they would have treated the special needs children better care. I witnessed one staff employee had given this precious down syndrome girl her brand new glasses and never asked one question if she can see better or test to see if the RX was right for her. I then decided not to go back to them. I believe she should have been treated like any other customer that comes in for eye care.
Horrible service. Took both of my insurance policies and the only thing I walked out with is a $200 pair of reading glasses. Not sure what my insurance even paid for. Charges for contact lense fitting? Where? When? The contacts fell out of my eye. So 100 bucks for contact fitting and they don't fit. Complete joke. Seems like a daycare so many kids work there. Completely scammed my insurance is how it seems. Seems also like I signed paper work to hold me accountable for his staffs lies and unprofessionalism.
Ive been coming to this office for years now and the staff here are always so friendly and nice to me and my girls and the wait time is great your in and out in no time 10/10 I highly recommend
Extremely unprofessional. Lack of communication and staff will misinform you. Waited two weeks for them to say they never received my payment therefore never ordered my glasses. No one ever called nor informed me….10/10 would NOT recommend.
