Won’t even recognize my vehicle registration on line. Nothing has changed since last year. I have not moved. Registration is all the same. No new car. Just won’t recognize anything that is entered. iKan is useless.
Evryone is friendly. Except that I was directed to the wrong department. So now I have to go to the dmv. Waste of my energy and time.
The employees are friendly enough, but waiting for over 4 hours for a simple civil procedure seems absolutely absurd. Please, please, please have more options to do most of this bologna online. We pay super high taxes in JoCo and KS, surely there is a better way for the love of God!!!!!!! People work. I wasted over 8 hours of work time on trying to get an already paid for registration sent to me or printed in person.
