It’s the government. 1 stars are the max they can get anyways.
I think their motor vehicle department is the most useless motor vehicle department in the entire US. I am contemplating moving due to it being such a bad experience.
Won’t even recognize my vehicle registration on line. Nothing has changed since last year. I have not moved. Registration is all the same. No new car. Just won’t recognize anything that is entered. iKan is useless.
