Horrible service and attitudes. The workers would be fired if they worked anywhere else.
I’ve had two extremely poor experiences with the Johnson County Treasurer’s Office regarding motor vehicle registration this past year. While I understand there are rules to follow, the extreme rudeness I experienced—especially from Kathy Pierce—was completely uncalled for. As a taxpayer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, especially when dealing with something outside my area of expertise. Prompt service and nice polite counter person. No waiting line when I was there. Sign on window says that Fridays and the last day of the month are busy.
