It is a horrible company to work with. I had a snow accident and had surgery on the foot. Dr asked me to get some PT. So I called this place to get some ride for my appointment. The guy on the phone acted so mean to me. Sounds like I owed him something already. And told me that I needed to have the application and not sure how long it would take to have the approval for the application. One way or another. He seemed like very angry and hateful person. Awesome way to get around when you only have one vehicle !
I used bus service for a long time while in MO and it’s wonderful. I am writing this not for the service but the driver on April 25, 2024 @ around 5:10 in Olathe, KS. license plate number A 3665. The driver run through RED LIGHT 🚦 on 143rd and Brougham street. He was heading west.The light turned RED while he is 20 ft away. Any way he run through it. Is this the kind of driver trained to transport people???
