I hired them to prepare my 2024 tax return, in Jan 2025 they took over doing all my accounting. It’s now May of 2026 16 months later and they have not done any accounting or reached out without me stopping in to initiate it. In Jan of 2026 I started to apply pressure only to be told many promises that have unfortunately all been lies. Went in for title transfer, had too deal with "deanne" and she was a miserable and rude person. Was dressed in shorts and a tee shirt like she was bumming around the house. Very unprofessional. Disgusting personality.

I used Johnson Brothers for my mother and switched to Turbo Tax this year and am much happier. I was tired of penalties and interest, lack of attention to my requests and lack of any tax guidance.

Heard horror stories about Schenley Johnson’s ability to do taxes on time and avoid penalties for clients. Would never go here and would never recommend to anyone.
