Over rated and over priced. Buyer beware, they are a sorry excuse for a tax preparer.
My municipality has been with Johnson Block for a few years and I cannot recommend them enough. Brent Nelson is our lead, he and his team, are knowledgeable, responsive, and they are always on top of what needs to be done.

Very knowledgeable tax and business consultants.
2-3x more expensive when compared to others that had even more complicated taxes than ours. Not done in a timely manner which we then had to run around on the last day to get things finished up. Do not use them at all.
