Such a wonderful and relaxing experience. Kim is incredibly knowledgeable about her treatment practices and the products she uses.
My experience with Kim was outstanding from start to finish! I booked the Head Spa Scalp Rejuvenation as a birthday present for myself and boy did I win out! Kim was kind, knowledgeable, and funny on top of it all. The spa was relaxing and the Playlist she has for it is perfection. When I left, not only did I feel relaxed and pampered, but my scalp felt completely refreshed. 100% recommend. If you are on the fence about booking, treat yourself and do it!!
Kim is just a light. She makes you comfortable from the moment you walk in. She’s thorough with education on the need for scalp detox and the process she uses. Her methods open the senses for a full detox as well, with the florals and herbs sourced locally. Your comfort and wellbeing is her main concern. The results are a whole other thing. I personally experienced a very deep clean of my scalp with replenished blood flow. I cannot wait to return for another treatment and take care of such a neglected part of the body.
I absolutely LOVED my experience with Kim at Johnson Aesthetics. She was patient and explained how the process went, personalized everything, and really helped me figure out how to better take care of my scalp & hair - especially after experiencing some thinning/loss post surgery last year. 10/10 experience with Kim for the head spa experience! She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable.
