10/10 experience with Kim for the head spa experience! She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. Obsessed with my head spa experience with Kim! Her vibe is everything—so chill, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping you get your scalp and hair to its healthiest state. I learned SO much about my scalp (Oily not dry, I've been totally wrong this entire time!) and what it actually needs, and Kim recommended the perfect products to help with my hair growth journey. My scalp has never felt this clean and refreshed! If you’ve been thinking about booking, just do it—you won’t regret it!
Kim was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional and listened to any and all my concerns. I booked the scalp ritual- she educated me on the practice of Japanese head spa, and it was amazing. My scalp and hair have never felt better, and I have a better understanding of my hair concerns. She is a gem! Can’t wait to go back
