Recently purchased my GSXS750 from Johns and dealt with Simon. I found everyone there to be friendly and Simon was particularly helpful. Edit 31/07/25. While the sales service is excellent, the after sales service and service department aren't as good. Lost parts and promises of call backs that never happen, and an email about issues with the bike ignored. I have gone from will definitely return to will definitely not return. Johns of Romford website has not been working for several months, they do not seem to be bothered and hve obviosly not bothered to check the site. !
I cannot recommend John's Of Romford highly enough. I recently decided to trade in my old bike, and from the moment I first made contact, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. A special thank you has to go to Simon. He was absolutely fantastic to deal with—knowledgeable, patient, and he gave me a great, fair price on my trade-in. Although unfortunately I didn’t end up buying a bike on this occasion (due to my indecision!) I just wanted to commend Nick at Johns for his great customer service, patience and advice. He was really helpful, honest and attentive and I’d thoroughly recommend dealing with him to anyone…hopefully we’ll get to do business at some point in the future!
