Never returning! The front desk staff are rude and condescending! They mistakenly rescheduled my appointment and never took responsibility. I have no problem with a mistake but don't blame it on the client in front of a full waiting room; Definitely need lessons in customer service. I blame this on poor management and staff who lack any degree on kindness.
Very poor experience. “Waiting list” with lack of clarity as to who gets appointments. Discretion of receptionist? Aqua program weak and miscommunicated. Therapist Amy Lowe didn’t bother to look at my chart, my history, my referral.She seemed disinterested in me and my case. I did not feel seen or heard and the treatment was substandard. My condition declined while in her care.
