I had my first appointment with this clinic today, after suffering, a concussion and being referred for vestibular physical therapy. I cannot say enough about everybody who I encountered My great experience started when I called to schedule my appointment and had the pleasure of speaking with Marissa. Referred here by my Primary Care doc for severe knee pain. The therapist, Jared, took an immediate interest in my situation, listened carefully to what I had to say, and started me on an exercise regimen. Several visits and adjustments to my regimen later and the pain is all but gone. It now appears the dreaded knee surgery is no longer in my future. I was always seen on time, and never rushed through the session. Thanks, Jared. I couldn't have asked for better treatment or a better result.
Needs big improvement. Therapist I sawwas good but was more concerned about being on schedule then my needs because she didn't want to be spoken to by supervisor. Mentioned earlier in appointment that she probably wouldn't be able to make me a splint because of this. She did make me a splint but it doesn't fit right and not all the edges were smoothed out so it's abrasive. I canceled all remaining appointments. I will not return unless my needs are the priority.
Gave me the wrong address, didn’t want to let me see a doctor, tried to sell expensive therapy without even looking at the X-ray.
This is an excellent place to go for PT. The therapists spend the whole session with you (unlike other clinics I have been to) and really listen to you to tailor your therapy and help you reach your goals. I highly recommend them.
