Worst credit union ever
Rates are really not competitive, particularly for savings. Online banking services are not on par with other CUs or commercial banks - there are a lot of UXD flaws. Customer service really does try, getting through is challenging. The main positive experience has been with securing a mortgage at a competitive rate so h/t to that department.
