It used to be great. They have outsourced so much customer service it’s now the worst ever. You will wait forever to finally get a person after the nightmare of an AI phone tree, then listen to ads for loans shreiking in your ear, then wind up in another country where they tell you someone will call back in the next business day! I have been a member for 4 years now and this is truly the best experience I’ve had with any financial institution. Overall they offer average loan rates, but sometimes they have very good share certificate rates. They have products and services that can benefit anyone looking to improve their financial situation. This update i understand it was needed. But it's still a nightmare almost a week later!! Causing missed payments, etc.
I would give this bank zero stars if I could. I had a very disappointing experience during the recent system update. Throughout the weekend, all of my card transactions were denied and I was unable to withdraw money from any atm. I am highly considering closing my accounts with JHFCU after this as they did not have their customers in mind when they completed such an upgrade. This should have been handled in small sections during the weekday so your customers can at least contact SOMEONE for assistance when issues occur. They... read more
