It used to be great. They have outsourced so much customer service it’s now the worst ever. You will wait forever to finally get a person after the nightmare of an AI phone tree, then listen to ads for loans shreiking in your ear, then wind up in another country where they tell you someone will call back in the next business day! Overall they offer average loan rates, but sometimes they have very good share certificate rates. They have products and services that can benefit anyone looking to improve their financial situation.
