I had the best banking experience I’ve ever had in my 70 years with Lucille! My identity was stolen and Lucy spent over 1 1/2 hr with me. She was wonderful! She got things straightened out for me and was so very kind and empathetic. She really went above and beyond in spending time listening to me, she gave me advice on next steps re “Identity Theft”. This is a terrible bank. I would not recommend. The staff is very rude and my issue did not get resolved that I was calling about. The rep was on the phone arguing with me about what I was telling her instead of helping. Very unprofessional
I had a great experience with (Drisilla) Bonnie Brawner she went waaaaaaay above and beyond helping me,her patients was impeccable more then five stars I my opponent and I never do reviews,thank you and Bonnie
