This is considered the best hospital in 21 years? Wait time is 2 hours before the vitals are taken. Last time they said i wated 1.5 hours because i was late 5 min. This time i camr early. Its been more than an hour already. No vitals taken. Still waiting. No one said sorry last time for the wait. Neither today. Full of excuses.
