this is a great shop. The salesman spent approx. 45 minutes answering basic questions. The prices were very competitive, and I look forward on spending a lot of money at this shop in the near future.
I went to Johns to get advice on a rooftop bike rack attachment that would fit my square Thule bars. The salesman was able to answer all my questions regarding stability, security, and other features. I purchased the rack (it was in stock) and he installed it for me at no charge, then showed me how to use it. I highly recommend them over the big box sporting goods stores for bikes and accessories.
