Very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. We provided our documentation to John for tax preparation, he then became unresponsive and eventually advised us that he was filing an extension without a reasonable explanation or proof that this was done. He then did not respond to our communication attempts and never returned our confidential documentation.
