My 2 year-old Brava TV screen was 'frozen'. I googled how to fix it--but none of the remedies worked. I was stressed as I am the opposite of being a techie. Without an appt., I walked into Johnny's TV to ask someone could make a house call to repair it. That same afternoon, "Johnny" came and did his magic. He knew his stuff! I was so impressed. Also, since the house call was shorter than anticipated, the charge was quite minimal. Love this shop!!!
