Johnny’s Patisserie is an absolute gem in our neighbourhood. Every visit feels like a treat, and it’s become a place we return to time and again. Mabel and Johnny are always warm and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Johnny is a pastry whizz and a magician with all baked goods. I’ve tried chocolate croissants from just about every ‘boojie’ so called ‘bakery’ this side of Sydney harbour and they do not compare with Johnny’s. This is just an example, everything they make - which is everything in the joint - exceeds expectations. Our New Year’s Eve lemon meringue pie was widely lorded by the guests and the single serve crème brûlée I just ate before the kids could see it 🤓 was what inspired me to finally right this review.
