I understand the COVID and the union strike can lead up to logistics delay. But the company should let the customers know about the status of their orders. In my case, the ETA had been further delayed for more than 3 months, but I was never notified of the delays unless I call them more than 10 times to receive a callback and ask about the status myself. Take a UTE buy only from Stock Floor don't bother with delivery you won't get it.I bought a few chairs from the Floor stock were in good condition and brand forgot to mention the company has gone bankrupt.

Don't waste your time or money here. Company went into administration, cancelled ALL the existing orders (that people have paid money towards), won't refund people, and are selling the orders for cheap to make money back to be able to pay the staff & 'refund' people... we will never see our money back . Yes it sucks to all the staff losing thier jobs... but absolutely NO need to be rude to customers, we lost money too! We've tried calling, emailing, nothing.
