JUST A HEADS UP!! Johnny’s Furniture store in South Morang is in receivership!!! All they do is lie. And yes we purchased and low & behold no delivery, no stock & no refund ( which they were never going to give) David is a LIAR he’s so far into the lie he can’t get out of it. Going into liquidation and not even telling your staff?? Terrible. Pay their wages and super as deserved. And to actively tell them not to answer the phones etc? Pathetic. I still want my table which i now know I will never get. Disgusting. Hope you are sitting all cosy in your mansion Johnny!!
We had been waiting 5 months for our couch and are still waiting on a refund. I have never written a bad review for a company before but I feel like I need to warn people from purchasing anything from Johnnys furniture. My partner and I bought our couch on Boxing Day 2023. Ordered a couch in early 2023 still haven’t received my item.
I've only ever written 1 customer review for another company but the service has been so poor i feel compelled. I ordered my couch back in August 2023 and was told it would arrive early October. For months i had to call the store for updates with not a single email or phone call letting me know about delays since their system wasnt set up to do such.
