My experience was poor from the fact that my furniture broke & I wasn't able to make a claim with the bogus warranty team that they have. Only able to make contact via email only for those emails to be ignored. Once I was able to finally connect with someone that person to block me and my emails were able to go through. I was able to contact someone else who put me on yo the same person that had blocked despite me not doing anything but ask for direction. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
Hey all. Heads up. Never buy from Johnnys Furniture. It is Rubbish furniture and very bad customer service. Furniture falling apart at 4 yrs. 5 yr warranty wont cover it due to that side going into administration and directed to a third party by the name of Product insurance who wont even look at the matter or even return email which is giving me the inpression that that insurance company may of went into likvidation as well. All my family and friends will never purchase from any Johnnys Furniture store ever again
I purchased a 4 seater couch from these guys. 8 months in one of the springs came loose, i used my warrantee to have it fixed. They brought it back “fixed” and had stapled up the fabric at the bottom so you cant actually peel it away to see how they “fixed” it. Low and behold we are a couple years in and the spring has come loose again.
