We’re a young family who had to save to purchase a $2000 couch from johnnys. Turns out they’ve gone bust and aren’t giving refunds. Disgusting that their website is still up and running.
We’re a young family who had to save to purchase a $2000 couch from johnnys. Turns out they’ve gone bust and aren’t giving refunds. Disgusting that their website is still up and running.
This is no longer a place. We have ordered a couch for over $2,000 from here and it was supposed to be delivered November 2023. It is now July 2024 and still no couch. The stores aren’t open, the emails are not replied too, the phone calls aren’t answered and nothing on my couch. Extremely disappointed and angry in the service and communication.
