DO NOT buy from this company if you want a good quality piece of furniture or expect any compensation when the product is defective! I purchased a couch from this company just over a year ago and there are major defects such as legs breaking, non stop pilling of the cheap fabric, loose fabric, and the seat and back cushions cushions have major defects in that they all have major dents in them after only minor use. After talking to their “support” to find a resolution, they could only offer a replacement leg. What a joke. The... read more
Hi I ordered a couch (south morang branch) which was supposed to be to delivered in early November and has not been yet I have already called your south morang outlet 4 times politely including the manager says we’l call you back on monday friday n haven’t heard from any of them ever And today for the 5th time when i am calling no body is picking up the call Are people some kind of joke or you really do deliver stuff??
