I came to find a dress for a wedding Im going to. Johnny helped me zip the dress when I tried it on, my mistake is that I did not look at the zipper. Went home wonted to try it on to show my family and I could not zip so i could not show my famly. Message him on Instagram the next day after I bought it, he never returned my message. I called him. I had a super salesperson Sinai who was very patient and kind. This was our first time shopping in the store. I love the store ambience and cleanliness. We will be back, for sure🙂

Awful experience and customer service on the phone and in person. I just called and spoke to Monica specifically. I looked up places to tell my dress and she answered the phone very rudely and when I asked she didn’t even let me continue my questions bc I had more she just hung up in my face while I was speaking.
