My wife and I finally decided after 25 years to replace our living room furniture (Sofa, loveseat, swivel chair). We took a year checking various brands out at the usual places. I placed an order at the end of October 2025 at the Christiana store and was given an ETA of the week after Christmas. When that time passed, I called during the third week of January for my first update and was told someone would get back to me. Two days later, my salesman informed me the new ETA was another 6–8 weeks, which made it clear the order was likely never placed. The store was clean and had plenty to choose from. The sales representative was polite and gave us plenty of room to look around. She answered our questions when we had them and helped us out with s as lol our needes
