Needed a chair for my mother in law, everywhere we went, they were not in stock and or 2 to 3 weeks out. Found one at Johnny Janosik and worked with Leslie. She took care of our order and made sure we got our order in in-time so we could get the chair we wanted within the week. I know she’s in sales but the service was awesome!! Thank you!! Dave Brown
What started as an easy experience, turned into a totally disorganized mess. The pieces of their operation aren't connected, they try to sneak the insurance onto your bill and make it hard to remove it. They promise a delivery date and then change it but don't communicate that it changed. There's no way to track an order without calling and if your agent doesn't pick up other people in the company aren't able to or willing to help. We recently moved to Wilmington and were unable to find living room furniture that fit comfortably in our living room. Patreece was wonderful!!! She understood our issue and was quick to find the perfect size sectional. She listened to us, showed us options, but was not pushy! Working with her was a pleasure. I wish there were more sales people like her. I highly recommend working with her!
