MY FURNITURE WAS FILTHY WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED AND THE STUFF IS NOT MADE VERY WELL. IT LOOKS GOOD IN THE SHOW ROOM BUT BOY WHEN YOU GET SOME OF THAT STUFF HOME YOU CAN'T BELIEVE THE THINGS YOU MISS. I EXPECTED THE FURNITURE ON THE SHOWROOM TO BE DIRTY BUT TO SEND IT OUT DIRTY IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I'VE BEEN WITH THEM OVER 15 YEARS AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY, JHONNY JANOSIK HAS GONE DOWN. Mr Fry was knowledgeable and patient with us. My son in law is a big guy, our futon was Not large enough for our Kids to visit and stay a few days. Sleeper was only answer, but since it will only be 7sed a few times a year, Price was key!.. Saw one on sale at JJ, and went in to check it out. Worse experience ever. I purchased a dresser with a mirror. The salesperson showed me the piece on the floor. I received a dresser with no mirror. I was told that I will have to pay a separate fee for the mirror and it will be delivered. I already paid for the item and delivery fee. I told them to come get it. Steve the manager told me they can’t do that. What happened to making it right with customers and what happened to customer service?
