Waited 12 weeks for my order I understood because of covid now they want me to wait another 4 weeks and the only compensation their give me is free delivery terrible customer service taking my business to Ashley furniture

VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER! If I could give 0 stars I would! Management and sales very limited in trying to rectify or retain customer confidence. Terrible customer service, salespeople and staff are liars. I've bought a lot of furniture from Johnny Janosik's in the past 5 years, and have referred numerous friends and neighbors. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! I'm a repeat customer who is usually satisfied with the quality of service received by this company. However, I've ordered furniture one month ago was informed that furniture it "may take" 5-6 weeks for delivery. When I called to checked on the status of my order, I was told that it may take months now and that I can not cancel my order. This is insane and unacceptable. I recently gave a critical review. With the help of Jake Pickle, Outdoor Manager, our issue has been positively resolved. The store has sold us a new umbrella, deducting the cost of the broken umbrella and will deliver it at no cost to us. Our only regret is that we had to go public to get these results. We look forward to the new umbrella. Jake was very helpful.

Very, very disappointed. I went to Johnny Janosik to purchase a quality recliner for my neighbor who broke his hip and was coming home from the rehabilitation center. As most of you know, Johnny Janosik is not the cheapest furniture store on the block. I visited the showroom and was greeted by a salesman. I was asked how they could help me and I told them about my friend who needed a good recliner. We looked at various chairs and found a LazyBoy that met the specifications as far as features and size. Very annoying experience. Sales people were nice but their products are so bad. They keep sending defective furniture which causes them to have to re-deliver furniture again. I have had 4 furniture deliveries in the past month and a half. All I ordered was a table, 4 chairs, and a bed frame... They offered me $150 compensation but I've lost more on time I had to take off of work.

Worst experience ever after spending 12K in 2 days. Order not placed correctly, not delivered correctly and drivers showed up without proper tools and customer service tried to charge me for delivery strong arming my delivery until it was paid. The mistake was on their end. I didn't owe delivery. Mngmt and sales very limited in trying to rectify or retain customer confidence. Will furnish the rest of my house elsewhere due to the inconvenience and time wasted chasing down furniture that was paid for or misordered.
