Johnny is an exceptional practitioner. In one session he diagnosed the postural problem causing tightness in my back and shoulders and I’ve had plenty of massage in my time but never a treatment like this. I felt so much taller and my movement freer. So highly skilled, and such a gentle, attuned way of treating. I can’t recommend highly enough, you won’t look back!
Johnny’s knowledge of the human body is unreal. I’ve had tight shoulders for decades from all the computer work, but instead of treating just the symptoms he worked on my whole body. I asked for a gentle approach because my nervous system is very sensitive and Johnny was incredibly attentive to that. He also explained what he was doing throughout the session and how it was affecting my body. By the end I felt so much lighter (almost taller, like I was floating). It was incredible. Highly recommend!
I had two knee reconstructions as a teenager and have had a number of different doctors and physios try to help me... after seeing John twice, I was pain free for the first time in 15 years. Jhonny took me from days of severe pain and not being able to comfortably lie, stand, or walk, to painless in one session! I couldn’t believe it. Each hour session provides longer and longer lasting relief, to the point where I’m no longer relying on short term pain relieving from acupuncture and short physio sessions, but instead experiencing long term solutions and mobility thanks to Jhonny. I was looking for someone to help me with my back and neck pain in Robina area. John quickly assessed me by checking my posture, and continued with myofascial release. 30 minutes later I felt lighter and my neck pain was gone.
