Jonny provides a very unique and efficient way of massages and exercise (functional pattern). His high level of knowledge teaches me lots of body mechanisms that I have never paid attention to but now I can’t stop noticing so many things happening in my body. Not only my physical health but it has been helping a big part of my mental health as well. Definitely worth trying!
