A huge shout out to Johnny Bigg Werribee and, in particular, Martina for her amazing service tonight! She was kind, caring, attentive, and didn't try to rush me out of the store - despite me showing up 10 minutes before closing! A wonderful staff member who definitely deserves to be rewarded and praised! (Doubly so considering the terrible experience I had in the South Wharf store) Keep up the great work 🙏
Preet honestly made our whole experience so enjoyable. We were in the store for over an hour and a half and not once did she rush us or make us feel like an inconvenience. She had the most positive attitude and genuinely cares about the customers she helps. She offered and helped get different sizing, colours, and items needed. The store is very lucky to have someone like her!

Terrible experience at Johnny Bigg Werribee. Our $500+ sale didn't seem to mean much to the employee operating the store. Rude, disinterested in helping and just wanted to get us in and out of the location.
