I came in on the 6th of June 2026 and a female worker at Johnny Bigg Pacific Werribee was very friendly and helpful. They assisted me in choosing a suit for an upcoming function and were able to order it in. Thank you to the female worker at Johnny Bigg for sorting out my black suit jacket and pants. 10/10 service!

She was kind, caring, attentive, and didn't try to rush me out of the store - despite me showing up 10 minutes before closing! A wonderful staff member who definitely deserves to be rewarded and praised! (Doubly so considering the terrible experience I had in the South Wharf store) Keep up the great work 🙏
Preet honestly made our whole experience so enjoyable. We were in the store for over an hour and a half and not once did she rush us or make us feel like an inconvenience. She had the most positive attitude and genuinely cares about the customers she helps. She offered and helped get different sizing, colours, and items needed. The store is very lucky to have someone like her!
