I called in here this morning and had a very pleasant shopping experience, I didn't buy much, but it didn't seem to matter. The lad in charge was very pleasant and helpful, he went out of his way to be accommodating and he knew his products. This was in complete contrast to most of the staff in the outlet stores who didn't appear to care less. Just bought 2 pairs of men’s shorts exactly the same , got them home and found that the 2 had different price tags , 1 was $79.99 and the other is $89.99, we were charged the more expensive price for both , I didn’t even question the fact that I thought it was more expensive than I had considered it to be . Great for their business , no so good for customer relations though. Interesting hand written note on counter asking for exact cash . Guess they don’t have change. .
