This place ought to be closed down, the young girl that works there needs to be fired and whoever hired her needs to be fired too. The manager there I think her name was sasha? Awesome lady and she needs a raise but the other people working there need to have a reality check
My husband and I frequently shop at this store, as it is one of the only stores in Hamilton which range his sizes. Unfortunately for the past few months the customer service has been awful!! The girls working there seem to be uninterested and rather catty. It is a shame as prior to this there used to be great customer service but lately I fear it has just been non-existent. Fantastic service from Cody and another staff member whose name I didn't catch. I didn't know any of my sizes and had no idea what would match with what (helpful I know!) but between them I was sorted out within 20 minutes. Awesome staff, thanks again for your help!
