Was in store today Saturday 15.11 around 1030am. Only 1 person on and she was serving another person. We made our choices and waited in line. I believe in banter with the customer and having a convo, thats great, but when u have someone else in the line dont keep asking the same questions and starting new discussions about yourself. Unlike some others, I experienced great customer service at JB, TTP ... until I had to exchange products! I bought 2x pairs of Gibson Stretch Chino shorts for a birthday gift, in the RIGHT size. They fitted perfectly but after ONE wear, the shorts stretched SO much, they kept falling down to his ankles & had to be worn with a belt, just to keep them up! Long time customer here, and in the last couple months easily spent $800. Today, go in, and after the rudeness and persistence from the female staff member working at midday today, put down $150-odd worth of clothes I was going to buy today and left. I love Johnny Bigg, but ended up going to Tarocash, and probably won’t shop here ever again. It’s a real shame, I really wanted those clothes!
Went to TTP today to buy a suit for my citizenship ceremony Ange was so helpful and able to organise stock from other branch very friendly customer service and she also helped me with various combinations of suits and also blazzers and provided best deal Other guy in the store is also so friendly I would recommend 100% if you are looking for any suits
