My first time shopping at Johnny Bigg at Westfield St Lukes on 06 August 2025 and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. I was greeted right away and offered assistance, which I appreciated as I did need help. The service from the two staff members, one male and one female, was excellent. I'm gutted I didn’t catch their names. The store was also very tidy and well presented. Got 2 shorts which I am very happy with. Great experience overall.

Ein sehr freundliches Geschäft mit ausnahmslos hilfsbereitem und erfahrenem Personal. So sollte freundlicher Service aussehen, einfach Klasse. Es macht Spaß in diesen Laden zu gehen, immer wieder. Die Angebote sind sehr interessant und die Auswahl groß. Eine absolute Empfehlung und Danke an das super freundliche Team im Geschäft !!!
I walked in on Saturday afternoon and was greated straight away by Sophie she was friendly and very helpful she knew the shop well which was well presented she found everything I was looking for and the was good stock. Great shopping experience. Thanks Sophie for your help
All the stretchy material clothing fits well and feels great. Relaxed atmosphere at the store, staff are helpful and ready to assist while not being pushy / salesy at all. Reasonable prices and plenty of deals and discounts. Will definitely shop here again.
