Helpful staff, cool styles at a goodprice
This is for the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ever. It was my partner’s birthday yesterday and we paid a quick visit at the Queensgate store yesterday to buy a shirt for birthday dinner. Without realising the store sells only bigger sizes. Anyway first we got ignored even after asking for help and then we were called stupid by the only female staff to have visited the store. Upon confronting the woman at the store started yelling as if visiting the store was a crime.
Thanks to Tina (spelling?) for being absolutely awesome and so patient to deal with even though I arrived late in the day running alge after catching the bus from the city. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service.
