Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you request a refund, you are forced to arrange it only around the manager’s working days, which is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for customers. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
went in today round early arvo. the staff gave great advice and service especially for us customers only browsing and in the process of deciding in store. was very happy with the purchase made. top quality clothing, affordable, great deals, fits perfectly for us bigger boys. I shopped at Johnny Bigg Dressmart (Onehunga) on Sunday 2nd November 2025 and I’ve got to say, the customer service from the two girls working that day was excellent. From the moment my mum and I walked in, they greeted us, offered help, and assisted with sizes. I ended up making a purchase that day because of how great the service was. I didn’t catch their names but really wanted to acknowledge how awesome they were.
