I shopped at Johnny Bigg Dressmart (Onehunga) on Sunday 2nd November 2025 and I’ve got to say, the customer service from the two girls working that day was excellent. From the moment my mum and I walked in, they greeted us, offered help, and assisted with sizes. I ended up making a purchase that day because of how great the service was. I didn’t catch their names but really wanted to acknowledge how awesome they were.

Customer service could use a little more personality eg: When someone walks into the store, especially an empty store, lift your heads up and acknowledge the customer, don’t ignore them, If you don’t enjoy customer interactions, I’m sure there’s a factory somewhere where you don’t have to deal with human beings.
