An absolute 5-star experience from start to finish! Walking in to look for a suit can sometimes feel intimidating, but Susie and Keegan were incredible. There was zero pressure or high-sales push - they were so honest and even gave me helpful options for other shops in the area. We are so grateful for the exceptional staff, Susie and Keegan at the Midland store. We live in the country and my son in law had no way of picking or trying on a suit for a wedding. The customer service provided by phone and then displayed when I picked the suit up was the best I have had in many years. The team went over and above to assist with recommendations of shirt, suit and size advice. Nothing was too much trouble. So grateful, thank you both. We will definitely be back there to shop again.

Came in to find a specific coloured tie for a year 12 formal and while it wasn't something stocked the customer service was absolutely outstanding.
For the first time waked into this store. It was first thing in the morning when.it just opened. There were 2 people before.me, both doing refunds. Browsed the store and it had nice designs. Was served by Suzie(apologies if not correct) who was very helpful, non pushy and after an hour managed to help me get close to a dozen items of jackets and trousers.
