The lady with the blond hair was extremely rude when I went to exchange my shirts even though I had the receipt for it she said we can’t exchange so rude and disappointing never going to Johnny bigg again.
Horrible Customer Service. I went in on the 29/10/2017 to return a purchase I just made, I bought some items online, and they don't fit, my partner doesn't like the patterns either, for the item he does like he wants to exchange the size. So we walk in, I greet the person working there, not the other way around despite being his only customer. My husband and I went shopping last week looking for some new clothes for him. Merve approached us with a beautiful smile and kindly asked us if we wanted any help. She was very friendly and polite to both of us she is also very good at her job with suggestions and ideas for the outfits!!! Thank you Merve we definitely appreciate it 😊
Called up this morning to enquire after some singlets for my husband. Sue answered and promptly put aside 3 for me, she was polite and helpful. After that I had to call back as I needed more, Rania answered the phone and found 3 more for me out the back and was so lovely on the phone. When we went into the store to buy, both ladies were there and were so helpful and chatty and made us feel so special. We will be returning to this store simply because of them and how they made us feel.
