Cameron’s service was fantastic, purchased a big beautiful coat from here for the first time. It’s so hard to find anything remotely stylish for a larger figure. Will be back again!
Came once, staff were rude. Thought maybe it was just an off day. I’ve been another 3 times and they’ve been just as rude every time. Good clothes, better of buying online or in a store where they’d be happy to serve you.
For Christmas this year I purchased a polo shirt which was a repeat purchase of the exact same shirt I had purchased previously in a different colour. Much to my surprise the new shirt is much smaller than the old shirt and will not fit the person it was purchased for. I have checked the size and they are both the same. To say I am very disappointed is an understatement I will have to purchase another shirt to replace this shirt. Unhappy regular customer.
Fantastic service from the manager & her colleague both times we have visited the Kotara store. Friendly courteous and down to earth. Cheers Ladies
