Went in to my local Johnny Bigg store in Ipswich in search of a new 'wedding' suit for myself. The lady who served me was honestly outstanding. Not only was she incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming, she also has the perfect blend of just the right amount of product knowledge coupled with an excellent eye for style. Got my son his formal suit on sunday, even though the staff member was busy trying to juggle everyone who came in at once her service was fantastic friendly and made it so easy for us, not pushy in any way and very helpful with suggestions and sizing etc
Our first visit to a Johnny Bigg store and we were very impressed. The lady was very welcoming and had a great eye for style, she listened to what my husband was after and recommend a color set he ended up choosing. Best sense of style I've experienced in a store. Thank you!
A wonderful experience with great customer service today . Trying on sports jacket and shirt . The lady was a good conversatist and interested in what we were looking for . More retail shops need to take note of professional sales staff in an era where self serve is the norm but we spend more with good service. Cannot recommend this store enough. Kerri and Brian
