I shop at Johnny Bigg Highpoint regularly and buy almost all of my husband’s clothes from this store. Most of the staff are consistently excellent especially a brunette male staff member with facial hair who is always professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. However, one visit really missed the mark. We were shopping for suits ahead of several fashion shows, and a male staff member with red hair, portly and a beard,, was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Sami! What a legend! Walked in with my extremely tall 15 year old son today and with one look Sami sized him up for a suit and couple of shirts. We attended another Johnny Bigg store the day before and they were unable to help us. In addition we went to many other menswear retailers (at much higher price points) and none were able to deliver even close to the service that Sami did.
