I had an amazing experience at Johnny Bigg Warwick Farm. I came in looking for a suit for our 3-day convention, and the team went above and beyond to help me. The lady who assisted me was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and helped me find the perfect suit. Bad experience with customer service. The old lady with tattoos was so rude and unprofessional. She didn't seem to want to help me, and I didn’t even get a chance to look at the clothes because she said none of them were a good choice and then kicked me out.
Not a pleasant experience, an item had a price sticker of $25 but the Asian cashier refused to sell the item, she claimed this was priced incorrectly by a team member and to top it off every time I touched an item to see the design and/or size she kept saying "just tell me.the size it's easier for both of us" not very happy!
