Bad experience with customer service. The old lady with tattoos was so rude and unprofessional. She didn't seem to want to help me, and I didn’t even get a chance to look at the clothes because she said none of them were a good choice and then kicked me out.
Not a pleasant experience, an item had a price sticker of $25 but the Asian cashier refused to sell the item, she claimed this was priced incorrectly by a team member and to top it off every time I touched an item to see the design and/or size she kept saying "just tell me.the size it's easier for both of us" not very happy!
I got the best service today, Made Gra , I hope I spell it right, such a beautiful n positive soul I met , have a very happy year ahead n surely come n see u again
Nikita provided outstanding customer service. She helped me locate the right sizes and assisted me with purchasing T-shirts. As a larger man, shopping can sometimes feel uncomfortable or embarrassing, but she made the experience easy and pleasant. Professional, patient, and very understanding. Johnny Bigg is lucky to have her. Highly recommended.
