Was in store the other the other day woman there was so so rude .l buy tons of your clothes and online as well to be felt like crap which you made me ill never step foot in here again how dare you.
went back again to JB epping with again really good help from the staff, a lady names Martina. She was excellent and helped me with my purchase and choice, thanks again
I Was just about to touch the sweater for a quality i was looking for, one of the staff said we only have XL available in the store. I won’t say it’s wrong to let customer know what they have in store, but i feel like i am being judged. I never asked for anything but was just having a look. May be staff was thinking i could make the mess and they will have to arrange them again. Would never even think of buying anything from there. Disappointed.
Visited the store and the store manager Gina and worker were so very helpful in picking out a suit and shirt and accessories to accompany the suit that I needed for a wedding. They were so friendly and greeted me professionally and helped me immensely especially in deciding what goes with what .
