I ended up losing 40kgs so I didn’t have to shop at this store anymore. They are absolute vultures with upselling and won’t leave you alone. They are also not sensitive to speaking to plus size guys with respect and empathy and their brand still feels like a one size fits all that highlights XL size models only. There was one Canadian staff member years ago who had empathy and warmth. That’s it.

Quite disappointed to walk in the store just for a browse and to be met with comments about me not being suitable for the items in the store. When I stated I was just browsing I was then given other stores to shop at instead of this one when I was quite happy in just browsing in this store in particular. Then feeling uncomfortable and judged I left the store. Would not recommend this store to anyone!!!!
Unfortunately, the Johnny Bigg website and this store can be quite misleading with their stock on hand. I have placed now two orders on the website for this store specifically where it states they have it in stock. Johnny Bigg happily accepted my money at purchase online, however when enquiring with the store it appears they never had the stock on hand.
