I love shopping at Johnny Bigg especially since I can always find good stuff on sale. But my experience this past Sunday would have to be the worst. The 2 blonde ladies behind the counter didnt greet anyone, didn't ask anyone if they needed help with sizes absolutely nothing at all. Sat behind the counter speaking there language and showing things on one of there phones. She was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our visit, assisting us with choosing clothes and suggesting a wide range of options that suited our needs perfectly. I've been a Bigg fan of Johnny Bigg for close to 10 years now. Their quality is often very decent. Sometimes sizing is a bit off so it's helpful if you can go in store. I went in today and had a super pleasant experience with Fred. I wanted to return a bunch of items I bought online and buy some other clothes. He was patient and helpful throughout which made the experience so much better. Will for sure be back and look out for Fred!
Just want to give a massive shout out to Natalie,she went above and beyond when helping me. She tried to source the matching pants for a suit. Fantastic customer service is so hard to find these days, thanks Natalie
