Regular customer here but today got some rude staff She was questioning me about my own clothes which I was wearing and bought last time from that same shop. It is not nice when you can clearly see I’m the only customer in shop and the clothes I was wearing while entering. Also no one offered me any help until the last moment of my shopping clearly after 20 mins. Very disappointing behaviour Really disappointing

Went to Johnny Bigg Essendon DFO the other day to get an outfit for Saturday night And was greeted by Sule ( shoe lace ) as I walked in. What a great experience it was And I ended up buying several outfits and new boots . A big bright clean store packed Full of good quality clothes. Lots of stock. But service isn’t great. Not proactively trying to help with suggestions. Almost feel like they’re judging you. Which is a shame considering it’s a brand that specialises in clothing for larger people. Left empty handed feeling like I was just in their way…only customer in the store too so would’ve thought they’d have more time to help. I’m sure I’ll find a store somewhere else willing to take my money.
