I had a fantastic experience with the team at Johnny Bigg Essendon Fields! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed and that everything looked great on me. I am incredibly grateful for their excellent customer service and styling help. They are an absolute credit to the Johnny Bigg brand. Highly recommended!
Today I was shattered!!!!!!Johnny Bigg has gone cheap. Unfortunately, his plan t-shirts are NOW rubbish. He has changed the material. The t-shirts that are $20.00 are now a disgrace. The round neck, V neck are all now made in a different material. What is a great loss. They are so thin, you can actually see through them. I have brought over a thousand $'s worth the clothing and over a hundred t-shirts, black, blue mainly over the years. Its hard to find a good t-shirt that keeps its shape. Apresiasi buat merk ini karena menyediakan pakaian untuk orang yang berbadan besar dan super besar. Modelnya juga keren2 lho...dengan bahan yang kumayan bagus juga. Tadi lihat jas besar tapi masih telihat bagus jika dipakai...karena bahan dan modelnya keren.... Untuk lelaki besarrrrr, silakan kesini ya..pasti suka.
Very disappointed with the service. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and had an “I don’t care” attitude. It felt like they were just waiting to finish their shift and go home. There was absolutely no sense of customer service.
I came to DFO today. I am a larger gent and therefore shop at Johnny Bigg because they have my size in stock. Always. I’m writing this because the Management need to know that Bianca is an asset to the label. I have a funeral to attend and being a casual dresser had no idea what to choose. Not only did she single handelly find me the perfect fit. But managed to give a special needs customer all the help they needed, I have worked in customer service for many years.
