I cannot remember the name of who I talked to but he will probably remember this. I walked in looking for suits and was very pleasently welcomed in by an enthusiastic and confident worker. He asked me what I was after and I said a suit. I do not fit into the suits they sell as I didn't know it was a store for guys bigger than I, but he was more than happy to answer any questions I had. The girl who served me today was amazing. We bought suits for a wedding. The girl who helped us was fantastic- so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.
I had a really disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was poor from the moment we walked in—no greeting, no help, and when we asked questions we got short, dismissive answers. The staff member assisting us looked annoyed the entire time and made us feel like we were bothering them. What made it worse is that the attitude felt biased—almost like we were being judged based on how we looked or where we come from.
