Husband and I went into the store today, black Friday sales started. We were the only customers in store, not once did they greet us or ask if we needed a hand. Lazy service. When we were ready to purchase, one of the ladies look at the other and said ' oh look you're friends are here'. Been shopping with Johnny Big for a few years, but the customer service is really above par. Many thanks to Luke at Chermside for recently assisting with some purchases, and taking the time to check for stock in my size elsewhere. The real test of customer service is when items do not meet expectations, and in this case I was expecting some pushback with a return, but again, Luke stepped up to the mark and assisted without hesitation. I’ve shopped here for a few years now and no problem. I came in with my mother and grandmother and we got greeted by Jayden while mid conversation. We just told him that we were looking for the moment. He didn’t like that response.
