I had a really disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was poor from the moment we walked in—no greeting, no help, and when we asked questions we got short, dismissive answers. The staff member assisting us looked annoyed the entire time and made us feel like we were bothering them. What made it worse is that the attitude felt biased—almost like we were being judged based on how we looked or where we come from. Husband and I went into the store today, black Friday sales started. We were the only customers in store, not once did they greet us or ask if we needed a hand. Lazy service. When we were ready to purchase, one of the ladies look at the other and said ' oh look you're friends are here'. Husband questioned why there wasnt a discount applied, the lady just said it doesn't start til Monday. Which is bullcrap. We mentioned that the website stated sales start now in store and online. Been shopping with Johnny Big for a few years, but the customer service is really above par. Many thanks to Luke at Chermside for recently assisting with some purchases, and taking the time to check for stock in my size elsewhere. The real test of customer service is when items do not meet expectations, and in this case I was expecting some pushback with a return, but again, Luke stepped up to the mark and assisted without hesitation.
