Was in store trying to shop for my husband for fathers day , he's so fussy , & not sure what size to get Jo helped me look up his account to ensure we got the correct size & fit,thinking i missed out on the shirt i had my heart set on, Jo even went to the trouble of getting the size off the in store Mani, which i was grateful for. Great customer service , will definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😀
I had to redo my complete wardrobe and was lucky enough to visit Johnny big today. Steve, who is the store manager helped us out. Well. Way more than helped us out. He was a lot of fun. Had an amazing sense of style, really knew what would fit and what wouldn't fit. And basically help me get a complete new wardrobe which I've got a lot of compliments for. Highly recommend the store. Good quality garments. Also if you can get a hold of Steve and enjoy the ride and the results.
Both Steve and Joe have been amazing supportingmy son find a green Jacket , tie shirt and boots. Helping with alterations and so professional in approach.
My husband and I came into the store on Saturday not confident we'd be able to find anything to suit, but the assistant on shift was incredibly helpful and patient, and we came away with a great smart-casual outfit for my husband. Will definitely be back!
