I would just like to thank Sam for making me feel so comfortable, relaxed , important and great customer service skills. Sam went out of her way to assist me to check with other stores if they had my size in stock. I was very grateful and that’s going that extra mile to keep a customer happy and also Johnny Bigg didn’t lose a sale. Never buy from Johnny big all their jackets stitching fall apart all their stickers on their shirts fall off after three weeks terrible service

Walk in had a look and it was ok maybe go there when they have specials on.

Have to say, I've normally had great experiences going into johnny big stores. Toowoomba and logsnholme especially. Today, it was as if I was invisible in the browns plains store. Only customer in the store, employee sitting at the computer where i walked straight past him to the suits, looked for bit then walked out. Employee doesn't even look up or acknowledge in in their store. I went back in to tarocash where I received the best service and spent my $400 there.
