Have to say, I've normally had great experiences going into johnny big stores. Toowoomba and logsnholme especially. Today, it was as if I was invisible in the browns plains store. Only customer in the store, employee sitting at the computer where i walked straight past him to the suits, looked for bit then walked out. Employee doesn't even look up or acknowledge in in their store. I went back in to tarocash where I received the best service and spent my $400 there.
Would like to say a massive thank you to Josiah for his assistance in helping my husband getting his new suit and other attire, he was very friendly and helpful, nothing was to hard, I would highly recommend this store.
Katie has helped us from the moment we walked in till the very end. She knew exactly what she was doing and helped us out in so many ways. She definitely went above and beyond for us.
